The Mayo Clinic Method
If you’ve been considering a change, wellness coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you achieve your vision for a healthier life. Research shows that wellness coaching fosters significant, positive lifestyle changes— and the confidence to sustain changes long-term.
Per the Mayo Clinic wellness coaching method, we'll identify values and strengths, facilitate a vision, transform desires into action, and support lasting change.
In the initial session, we’ll cover what to expect and explore what healthy living means to you.
From there, we’ll develop the plan that aligns with your goals and desires. Our check-ins will assist you with any adjustments that help keep you on your path.
